CEO Rajat Kathuria said the company is moving ahead with the 12-acre project in Sector 71, even as demand remains steady despite mixed macro conditions.

The development will be executed by SignatureGlobal, with a global brand supporting design and branding. “It has stayed steady… we’ve been doing ₹2,000 crore of sales a quarter,” Kathuria said, highlighting stable demand trends.

He added that while some buyers are delaying purchases due to macro factors, the overall market remains active. “There are people who are coming forward and doing the purchase,” he said.

The company is also focusing on balance sheet strength. It recently reduced debt and is avoiding large land acquisitions while continuing with project execution and selective partnerships.

On operations, Kathuria said there are no major supply disruptions, though input costs have risen slightly. “All building materials are available… no significant disruptions,” he noted.

The company, which has a current market capitalisation of ₹11,312.52 crore, has seen its shares lose more than 28% over the last year.
