Raymond Realty launches its Wadala redevelopment project ‘The Address by GS’ on 5.62 acres, offering 2 and 3 BHK homes with Rs 5,000 crore revenue potential.
Raymond Realty has announced the launch of a large redevelopment project in Wadala, strengthening its push into central Mumbai with an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 5000 crore. The project, titled The Address by GS, Wadala, is spread across 5.62 acres and signals the company’s expansion beyond its usual South Mumbai luxury micro-markets.
With this development, Raymond Realty aims to position Wadala as a modern lifestyle destination. The project will offer premium 2 and 3 BHK residences along with high-street retail spaces, catering to buyers looking for upgraded urban living in a well-connected part of the city. Nearly 1.7 lakh square feet has been set aside for recreational use, including a forty-five thousand square feet clubhouse and over fifty lifestyle amenities designed for everyday leisure and community interaction.
Residents will have access to a large swimming pool with a lounge deck, a golf simulator, mini theatre, badminton and squash courts, bowling alley, banquet halls and multiple wellness and social zones. The idea, the company said, is to create a self-sustained neighbourhood where work-life balance and social engagement come together within the project itself.
Connectivity is another major focus for the Wadala development. The location is linked through the Eastern Freeway, Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) and the Monorail network, while the upcoming Metro Lines 4 and 11 are expected to further improve access. These transport links connect Wadala to key commercial districts such as Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel and South Mumbai, making the project attractive for professionals working across the city. The development is also aligned with Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) sustainability standards, reflecting the company’s emphasis on energy-efficient and eco-friendly construction.
Raymond Realty has been steadily expanding its residential portfolio across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In December 2025, the company launched Invictus by GS, BKC on a two-acre land parcel with a projected revenue potential of nearly Rs 2,000 crore. The BKC project includes 6 towers with 23 habitable floors and four basement levels, offering limited-edition 2 and 4 BHK residences supported by more than 30 lifestyle amenities. Its proximity to Jio World Drive, the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the airport ensures smoother connectivity across South, Central and Navi Mumbai.
